What is the Gender Inclusivity Toolkit?

Write your awesome label here.
We understand that YBI is a diverse network of organisations working in different contexts and with different experiences. We are aware that it is not possible to provide a universal methodology for the promotion of gender inclusion across this diverse membership.

That is precisely why this resource has been created with a variety of members, and it can be utilised by anyone in their own unique learning journey. Through thought-provoking questions, we encourage you and your organisation to reflect deeply on questions of gender inclusion - and in doing so, define your priorities and actions accordingly.

YBI has developed this resource in collaboration with members [Bangladesh Youth Enterprise Advice & Helpcentre (BYEAH), Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), Entrepreneurial Training for Innovative Communities (ETIC), Habitat, Mebala Youth Studios, and Microlab, who have co-created the resource, as well as members Jinishian Memorial Foundation, Startup Vietnam Foundation, and YCAB Foundation, who provided feedback.

All these member organisations as well as Aliança Empreendedora, Ideialab, and SOMO were interviewed for the collection of best practices. The development of this resource was co-facilitated by intersectional feminist consultancy collective Catalystas Consulting.
