About this session:

How effectively is your organisation helping young entrepreneurs build financial resilience?Where are the strengths in your current support - and where are the gaps?

Join us for the launch of YBI’s Financial Health Diagnostic Toolkit, a new resource designed to help Enterprise Support Organisations (ESOs) step back, assess their current approach and identify practical opportunities for improvement.

During this session, we’ll take a look at the established YBI’s Financial Health Theory of Change and take you on a tour of the new Diagnostic Toolkit, that will be available on the EYE Academy from the day of the launch.

You’ll also hear directly from YBI members about how they are strengthening financial health support in practice (Somo in Kenya, Development Solutions in Mongolia, and Startup Vietnam Foundation), and explore how organisations can play a stronger role in helping entrepreneurs access finance.

What you’ll discover

  • How to use the Financial Health Diagnostic Toolkit to assess your organisation’s current approach
  • How the toolkit can help you identify strengths, gaps and priorities for action
  • Practical resources, case studies and examples from across the YBI network
  • Real-world examples of approaches to financial resilience and access to finance
  • How to take the next step through YBI’s upcoming Financing Strategy and Investment Readiness trainings
